- Service: Refers to the collection, shipping, and delivery of balikbayan boxes from the United Kingdom to the Philippines.
- Customer/User: Refers to any individual or entity using our services.
- Balikbayan Box: Refers to the package containing personal items, gifts, or goods sent by the customer to a recipient in the Philippines.
2. Service Scope
- We provide door-to-door balikbayan box delivery services from the UK to various locations in the Philippines.
- Delivery coverage includes most regions in the Philippines, excluding certain remote islands such as Batanes, Tawi-Tawi, and Basilan.
- All shipments are subject to customs clearance and local delivery regulations in the Philippines.
3. Box Sizes and Weight
- Box Sizes:
- Standard Box: 20x24x16 inches
- Large Box: 24x24x24 inches
- Super Large Box: 29x26x23 inches
- Weight Limit: While there is no strict weight limit, we recommend a maximum of 80 kg per box to avoid handling and transit issues.
4. Prohibited Items
Customers are prohibited from including the following items in their balikbayan boxes:
- Illegal substances (e.g., drugs, firearms, explosives)
- Hazardous materials
- Pornographic materials
- Perishable goods (unless properly sealed)
- Commercial quantities of goods
- Items restricted by UK or Philippine law If prohibited items are found, the shipment may be delayed, confiscated, or returned, and the customer will be liable for any associated penalties.
5. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Customers must schedule a pickup by contacting us via phone, email, or our website.
- Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
- Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- London to Manila (via sea cargo): 14–16 weeks
- Metro Manila: 5–7 days after customs release
- Provincial Areas: 10–21 days after customs release
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
- Loss or Damage: While we take every precaution to handle your package carefully, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the contents or £100, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete recipient details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delays.
8. Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number upon pickup. They can use our online tracking system to monitor their shipment’s status.
9. Refund and Compensation
- Refunds for lost or damaged shipments are subject to our claims process.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date, along with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, receipts).

By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Pack your balikbayan box securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Ensure the contents comply with the laws and regulations of the UK and the Philippines.
